用气相色谱(GC)-质谱(MS)-计算机分析技术对红千层挥发油进行成分分析。采用水蒸气蒸馏法从红千层中提取挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分离鉴定,采用GC峰面积归一化法确定其相对含量。挥发油平均得油率为0.2%;分离出60多个组分;鉴定了其中的40多种成分,其中1,8-桉叶素占53.46%、松油醇-4占2.66%、α-蒎烯占12.07%、α-松油醇占12.72%、γ-松油烯占1.39%、香叶醇占1.18%等;占色谱总馏出峰面积的90%以上。结果表明:红千层挥发油主要化学成分为蒎烯、桉叶素、松油醇等化合物。
The composition of essential oil of Acanthopanax senticosus was analyzed by gas chromatography (GC) -mass spectrometry (MS) -computer analysis. Volatile oil was extracted from Melaleuca alterniflora by steam distillation and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The relative content of GC peak area was determined by normalization. The average oil yield of volatile oil was 0.2%; more than 60 components were separated; more than 40 of them were identified, of which 1,8-eucalyptol accounted for 53.46%, terpineol-4 accounted for 2.66%, α-pinene accounted for 12.07%, α-terpineol 12.72%, γ-terpinene 1.39%, geraniol 1.18%, etc .; accounting for more than 90% of the total chromatographic peak area. The results showed that the main constituents of the volatile oil were the pinene, cineole, terpineol and other compounds.
