During the “6th Five-Year Plan” period, the Ministry of Geology and Minerals organized the “Nanling area non-ferrous or rare metal ore deposit control undertaken by more than 400 scientific and technical workers from three institutes, two universities, and five provinces (regions) Bureau of Geology and Minerals. Conditions, metallogenic mechanisms, distribution laws, and metallogenic prediction are a high-level scientific summary of the Nanling region’s relatively comprehensive system. They have been commended by the State Planning Commission, the State Economic Commission, the State Science Commission and the Ministry of Finance. The achievement of horizontal scientific research results is inseparable from the effective scientific organization and management of the project. The author only
