目的对比三维时间飞跃法磁共振血管成像(3D TOF-MRA)、增强磁共振血管成像(CEMRA)及数字减影血管造影(DSA)在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用效果。方法 86例颅内动脉瘤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均经DSA证实为颅内动脉瘤,后采用3D TOF-MRA、CE-MRA观察所有患者颅内磁共振影像结果 ,对比三种检查方案的诊断结果及应用特点。结果 CE-MRA确诊颅内动脉瘤85例(98.84%),3D TOF-MRA确诊79例(91.86%),两种检查方案确诊结果与DSA诊断结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CE-MRA与3D TOF-MRA在颅内动脉瘤诊断方面具有较高的诊断价值,但对于微小动脉瘤患者3D TOF-MRA诊断能力较弱,存在一定的误诊漏诊现象,应选择CE-MRA进行检查。
Objective To compare 3D TOF-MRA, CEMRA and DSA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods Totally 86 patients with intracranial aneurysm were enrolled in this study. All patients were confirmed by DSA as intracranial aneurysms. All patients underwent 3D TOF-MRA and CE-MRA. All patients underwent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) Diagnostic results and application characteristics. Results There were 85 cases (98.84%) of CEA confirmed intracranial aneurysms and 79 cases (91.86%) confirmed by 3D TOF-MRA. There was no significant difference between DSA and diagnostic results (P> 0.05). Conclusions CE-MRA and 3D TOF-MRA are of high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.
