目的通过对颅内动脉瘤的主要的影像学检查方法(CTA和DSA)的临床比较,探讨二者在对颅内动脉瘤的诊断以及治疗中的应用价值。方法对某院收治的172例颅内动脉瘤患者运用CTA以及DSA进行检查,并对二者的影像学检查结果与治疗中发现的动脉瘤的大小、形状等进行比较。结果 CTA与DSA在对颅内动脉瘤的检查中,在灵敏度、显影、瘤颈/瘤体比以及检出个数的比较中差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),在相关并发症以及检查的最小动脉瘤直径中差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 DSA可以较好的显示动脉瘤的大小、形态等,CTA可以对动脉瘤周围组织进行三维重建,提供其三维形态,二者联合检查可以提高颅内动脉瘤的治疗效果
Objective To compare the clinical evaluation of the main imaging methods (CTA and DSA) of intracranial aneurysms in the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysms. Methods One hundred and seventy-two patients with intracranial aneurysm admitted to our hospital were examined by CTA and DSA, and the imaging findings and the size and shape of aneurysms were compared. Results CTA and DSA had no significant difference in sensitivity, imaging, neck / tumor ratio and the number of detection in the detection of intracranial aneurysm (P> 0.05) The diameter of the smallest aneurysm in the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions DSA can better display the size, shape, etc. of aneurysms. CTA can reconstruct the surrounding tissue of aneurysm and provide its three-dimensional shape. The combination of the two can improve the therapeutic effect of intracranial aneurysms
