1.阿拉伯数字使用规则:(1)凡是可以使用阿拉伯数字而且很得体的地方,均应使用阿拉伯数字。(2)公历世纪、年代、年、月、日和时刻必须使用阿拉伯数字。年份不能简写。例如:1999年不能写成99年。日期的表示采用全数字式写法。例如:2006年2月18日,写作2006-02-18或20060218或2006.02.18(年、月、日之间应留1个数字的空隙)。日的时间表示,按GB/T 7408-1994《数据元和交换格式信息交换日期和时间表示法》规定的写法,如下午3时9分38.5秒写
