目的:通过对慈溪市人民医院病区药品的检测与分析,对慈溪市人民医院病区药品存在的管理问题提出合理性建议,以保证患者能安全用药和提高药品质量管理水平。方法:对2010年慈溪市人民医院病区的药品存放问题进行回顾分析,从五个主要问题来进行探讨,分别是药品有效期、贮存条件、与不同类药品混放、特殊药品管理不规范及对已经过期的药品不及时处理。对以上问题提出相对应的整改措施。通过实验对比,措施前后的实际效果。结果:在遵循作者提出的相对应的管理方法后,五个显著性问题出现的次数明显减少(P<0.05),药品管理制度更加规范与完善。结论:药品管理是医院不可忽视的一环,牵涉到患者的生命安危与医院声誉。科学的药品管理能保证药物的有效性,让医学用药事故不会有机可乘。 OBJECTIVE: Through the detection and analysis of the ward drugs in the Cixi City People’s Hospital, we put forward reasonable suggestions on the management of the existing ward drugs in the Cixi People’s Hospital so as to ensure that the patients can safely use the drugs and improve the quality management of the drugs. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on the drug storage problems in the Cixi City People’s Hospital ward in 2010.
