一、工资形式问题目前在我国国营农场中,大部农场机械化程度不高,主要田间作业依靠人畜力耕作的情况下,实行计件工资的农场,遇到了一些新的问题。由于农业生产比较复杂,作业项目繁多,受自然条件影响很大,作业地点分散。如水稻农场,仅水稻作业就有160多项。在这样复杂的生产情况下,许多作业很难制定出一套完整的作业定额,即便有了定额,也往往因自然条件的影响使定额与实际发生脱节现
