本文系统地介绍了作者所研制的、用微型计算机进行数据处理的齿轮自动测量仪的原理、结构。着重介绍了所测出的齿轮回转传动误差、二对齿啮合误差,以及传动误差的一次微分和二次微分曲线。提出以此四个量作出的四边形来评定齿轮使用质量。
This paper systematically introduces the principle and structure of the automatic gear measuring instrument developed by the author and processed by microcomputer. The measured gear rotation error, the meshing error between two pairs of teeth and the first derivative and second derivative curves of transmission error are mainly introduced. The quads made with these four quantities are proposed to evaluate the gear quality.
