现在的公司大都有专业的HR(人力资源管理),职责就是对人力成本进行研究,尽可能地做到人尽其用。这样,复合型人才就成了公司的抢手货,而“能者多劳”是成为复合型人才的必经之路。我是一家投资公司的行政总监,听职位来头不小,看名片也果真如此,可只有熟悉公司情况的人才知道,我只是名片上的总监,具体的职务还包含:会务主管、客服主管、办公室主任等,更要命的是,这些职位在好多时候都只由我一个人就任。
