例1 女,33岁。左颈前有一枣大肿物4年,2年来阵发面部潮红、伴恶心、心悸、腹泻,约半小时缓解,1年来发作频繁,增至每日1次或数次。皮肤潮红遍及面、胸、腹及大腿上1/3处。有明显界限。于1980年11月第一次入院。查体,血压14.6/10.6kPa,甲状腺左下极可触及直径约3cm大小肿物,光滑,中等硬度,无杂音。心率80次/分。PBI (蛋白结合碘),T_3、T_4、TSH 均属正常,血浆5-HT (5-羟色胺) 146.9μg/L (正常130μg/L),尿5-HIAA (5-羟吲哚醋酸)15.3~
Example 1 Female, 33 years old. There was a large jujube before the left neck for 4 years. During the 2 years, facial flushing, nausea, heart palpitations, and diarrhea were observed. After about half an hour, the episodes were frequent and increased to 1 or several times a day. Skin flushing spreads over the face, chest, abdomen and upper 1/3 of the thigh. There are clear boundaries. First admitted to hospital in November 1980. Physical examination, blood pressure 14.6/10.6kPa, thyroid left lower pole can touch a diameter of about 3cm size tumor, smooth, moderate hardness, no noise. Heart rate 80 beats/min. PBI (protein bound iodine), T3, T4, and TSH are normal, plasma 5-HT (5-hydroxytryptamine) is 146.9 μg/L (normal 130 μg/L), and urinary 5-HIAA (5-hydroxyguanidine acetic acid) is 15.3
