本文报导,在具有小核菌的琼脂平板或土壤中,用哈栖木霉处理种子,防治茄子或辣椒种腐病。种子用1:80-1:100(几丁散:醋酸W/V)浓度的几丁胶包裹,然后再用10~8/ml浓度的分生孢子悬液处理,此单用分生孢子的更有效;在25-27℃室温下,茄子和辣椒的萌发率分别是87%、15%、83.3%及0%。几丁胶包裹种子,不但增加了寄生真菌哈栖木霉,保护种子,防治小核菌的活性,而且使平板中哈栖木霉的孢子数增加。
