采用茂名高岭土原矿粉,对其进行煅烧和研磨,并对煅烧研磨程序进行调整和探讨。利用激光粒度仪和扫描电镜对煅烧和研磨的高岭土进行分析。结果发现,吸附性能最佳的煅烧温度是700℃,最佳煅烧时间在4h左右,煅烧研磨对高岭土表观粒度影响不大。煅烧研磨顺序会影响高岭土的吸附性能,先煅烧后研磨的吸附性能好于先研磨后煅烧的工艺顺序,高岭土对溶液中的丙酮和硫酸亚铁均有较好的吸附作用。
Maoming kaolin raw ore powder is used, calcined and ground, and the calcination process is adjusted and discussed. The calcined and ground kaolin was analyzed by laser particle sizer and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the best calcination temperature is 700 ℃, the best calcination time is about 4h, calcination has little effect on the apparent particle size of kaolin. The calcination order will affect the adsorption performance of kaolin. The adsorption performance of the first calcined grinding is better than that of the first calcined process. The kaolin has good adsorption to acetone and ferrous sulfate in the solution.
