代建制发展至今,代建报酬的取费模型及激励绩效等方面的研究也在向广度和深度延伸。但是,我国代建制发展诸多的案例证明,不管是项目的绩效还是管理者的收入都不是很乐观,甚至失望的几率很高,不少专家学者都在为改善这种困境而努力研讨。基于项目代建报酬结构及模型,引入项目经营管理绩效的评估体系,并在绩效评估体系的控制模型诱导下,建立了激励报酬参数库。通过构建绝对绩效激励报酬模式和相对绩效激励报酬模式把代建报酬的激励方案由项目或企业扩充到行业,进而对项目激励报酬进行量化。在相同环境条件下,通过统一的代建费取费模型及激励报酬模式来争取项目绩效和代建人利益最大化。
Since the development of agency system, the research on fee collection model and incentive performance of agency construction is also extending to breadth and depth. However, there are many cases in our country that represent the development of agency system. It is proved that neither the project performance nor the manager’s income are optimistic or even disappointed. Many experts and scholars are trying hard to solve this dilemma. Based on the structure and model of project agency remuneration, the assessment system of project management performance is introduced. And under the guidance of the performance evaluation system control model, the incentive remuneration parameter database is established. By constructing the absolute performance incentive compensation model and the relative performance incentive compensation model, the incentive program of agency construction compensation is extended from the project or enterprise to the industry, and then the incentive compensation of the project is quantified. Under the same environmental conditions, through a unified fee collection model of construction costs and incentive compensation model to fight for project performance and agent to maximize the benefits.
