患者 ,女性 ,17岁。口服氧化乐果 (约 70mL) ,2 0天后出现间断性鼻出血 (约 10 0mL)及血尿。查体 :全身皮肤黏膜未见出血点、皮疹 ,浅表淋巴结不大 ,心肺未见异常 ,肝脾未触及。实验室检查 :WBC 6 .3× 10 9/L ,RBC 2 .79× 10 12 /L ,Hb 90g/L ,PLT 2 35× 10 9/L ,血涂片未见 Patient, female, 17 years old. Oral omethoate (about 70mL), 20 days after intermittent epistaxis (about 100mL) and hematuria. Physical examination: systemic skin and mucous membrane no bleeding, rash, superficial lymph nodes, heart and lung no abnormalities, liver and spleen not touched. Laboratory tests: WBC 6 .3 × 10 9 / L, RBC 2 .79 × 10 12 / L, Hb 90 g / L, PLT 2 35 × 10 9 / L, no blood smears
