目的建立五味子咀嚼片的HPLC-DAD指纹图谱,对10个不同批次的五味子咀嚼片进行质量评价。方法使用Luna C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 m L/min,柱温35℃,检测波长220 nm,进样量20μL。结果通过测定10批五味子咀嚼片的HPLC-DAD图谱,建立了指纹图谱的共有模式,HPLC-DAD指纹图谱共有峰39个,相似度为0.914~0.999;确认了五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子酯甲、五味子乙素、五味子丙素、丹参素钠、丹酚酸B、隐丹参酮、丹参酮IIA、原儿茶醛、木犀草苷、蒙花苷。结论方法准确、可靠、重现性好,为评价五味子咀嚼片的质量提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC-DAD fingerprint of schisandra chewable tablets and evaluate the quality of schisandra chewable tablet in 10 different batches. Methods The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid on a Luna C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and a column temperature of 35 ° C. The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm. Amount of 20 μL. Results The HPLC-DAD patterns of 10 batches of Schisandra chewable tablets were established, and the common mode of fingerprinting was established. There were 39 peaks in HPLC-DAD fingerprints with similarities of 0.914-0.999. It was confirmed that schizandrin, schizandrin B, Ester A, Schisandrin B, Schisandra B, sodium danshensu, salvianolic acid B, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone IIA, protocatechuic aldehyde, luteolin, montan. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable and reproducible. It provides a scientific basis for evaluating the quality of chewable tablets.
