烤烟在封顶期施用生长素、生长抑制剂和激动素,研究其对烤烟钾、氮营养的调控作用和对烟叶化学品质的影响。结果表明:①烤烟施用生长素或抑芽敏能增加根重和叶重,抑制烤烟侧芽生长,减少烟叶的钾向侧芽转移,提高烟株的吸钾能力和向上输送能力,从而明显提高烟叶含钾量;②施用生长素能促进烟株硝态氮的同化,减少烟株硝态氮的积累,使烟叶化学品质更趋于协调。施用激动素则明显增加烟叶的烟碱舍量;③几种使用方法相比,生长素根部浇和茎顶涂的增钾控氮效果最佳。
Flue-cured tobacco was applied with auxin, growth inhibitor and kinetin during the capping period to study its regulation on potassium and nitrogen nutrition and the effect on tobacco chemical quality. The results showed as follows: (1) The application of auxin or suppository could increase the root weight and leaf weight of flue-cured tobacco, inhibit the growth of side buds, reduce the transfer of potassium to lateral buds, increase the potassium uptake capacity and upward transport capacity of tobacco plants, (2) The application of auxin can promote the assimilation of nitrate nitrogen in tobacco plants, reduce the accumulation of nitrate nitrogen in tobacco plants, and make the chemical quality of tobacco more coordinated. The application of kinetin significantly increased nicotine yield in tobacco leaves. ③ Compared with several application methods, the effect of increasing potassium and controlling nitrogen by auxin root and stem top coating was the best.
