为探讨高温高湿环境下肢体火器伤后肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)与热休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )含量变化的规律 ,将犬随机分为常温常湿组、热适应组、高温高湿组 ,分别在致伤前和火器伤后 1、3、4、6、8、10、14、18、2 4h检测TNF α与HSP70含量。结果发现 ,①伤道骨骼肌中TNF α较血浆中升高明显。常温常湿组 4h开始升高 ,14h达高峰 ;高温高湿组 1h升高 ,10h达到高峰 ,其峰值显著高于常温常湿组(P <0 0 5 ) ;热适应组变化基本和高温高湿组一致 ,只是升高幅度较低 (P<0 0 5 )。②淋巴细胞中HSP70含量在高温高湿组有两个高峰 ,分别为伤后 4h和 14~ 18h ;热适应组 3h达到高峰 ,持续高峰至 6h ;常温常湿组 6h达到高峰 ,且其伤道骨骼肌HSP70含量在伤后 14~ 18h也出现一个增幅不明显的高峰期。说明高温高湿环境下肢体火器伤后TNF α与HSP70含量增高 ,且有其独特的规律
To investigate the changes of tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) and heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in limbs under high temperature and high humidity, the dogs were randomly divided into normal temperature and normal humidity group, heat adaptation group, high temperature and high humidity group The contents of TNFα and HSP70 were detected before injury and at 1,3,4,6,8,10,14,18,24 h after firearm injury. The rats in high temperature and high humidity group increased at 1h and peaked at 10h, the peak value was significantly higher than that at room temperature and normal humidity group (P <0 05) The wet group was the same, only the increase was lower (P <0 05). ② HSP70 content in lymphocytes in the high temperature and high humidity group had two peaks, respectively, 4h and 14 ~ 18h after injury; heat adaptation group reached a peak at 3h, peaked to 6h; normal temperature and humidity group reached a peak at 6h, and the injury Skeletal muscle HSP70 content in the injury after 14 ~ 18h also showed an obvious increase in the peak.
