芬兰Cromax公司开发了一种新的表面连续处理方法,这种方法适用于各种不同尺寸和长度的长钢棒及钢管内壁的电镀硬铬。该方法是钢棒借助民动设备被喂入几个小槽中,在槽中通过阴极浸蚀进行预处理,此时在每个小槽中进行硬铬电镀。表面处理前,钢棒由螺栓销钉联结,电镀后再分开。整个处理过程是全连续和自动化的,由于在同一条生产线上依次安装了许多处理小槽,因而能够提高电镀处理能力,并可通过二次或三次镀铬来改善质量。
Finnish company Cromax has developed a new continuous surface treatment method that is suitable for hard chrome plating of long steel bars and steel pipe inner walls of various sizes and lengths. In this method, the steel rods are fed into several small tanks by means of civilian equipment and pretreated by cathodic erosion in the tanks, in which case hard chromium plating is performed in each small tank. Before the surface treatment, the steel rod is connected by a bolt and pin, then separated after electroplating. The entire process is fully continuous and automated, with many processing slots installed in the same line in order to increase electroplating capacity and improve quality with two or three chrome plating.
