误码对于数字通信造成的损伤,在CCITT目前暂行规定的误码、抖动、漂移、滑动、延时、这些损伤类别中,受到格外地重视。其原因有两个,(一)它是引起其它某些损伤的主要因素之一;(二)当人们把注意力集中于最终所关心的数据流上时,其它形式的损伤这时均以不同的分量转化为对误码的影响中去了。因此测量出能够反应误码损伤的性能指标显然非常重要。借助于它、人们可以粗略评价设备及传输质量的优劣,并估计是否与业务要求相适应。问题是如何通过比较有效的误码测量方法,客观的测量出误码损伤。不同的误码测量方
Errors The impairment of digital communications is of particular concern in the categories of impairment, jitter, drift, slippage, delay, and the like currently under CCITT. There are two reasons for this: (a) it is one of the major contributors to some other damage; (b) when people focus their attention on the stream of data they are ultimately interested in, other forms of damage are then different The weight of the component into the impact on the error away.
