目的 为探讨新鲜芦荟与干粉芦荟在细菌培养基中的作用比较 ,为芦荟的开发应用和检验技术的更新提供有力的科学依据。方法 用常规方法配制营养琼脂培养基 ,在培养基中加入一定量的各种芦荟成分 ,再接种一定量的细菌进行培养 ,观察细菌生长状况进行比较研究。结果 新鲜芦荟与干粉芦荟浸液在细菌培养基中作用一致。干粉芦荟通过 12 0℃高压灭菌 2 0min后就失去全部作用。
Objective To compare the effects of fresh aloe vera and dry powdered aloe vera in the culture medium, providing a powerful scientific basis for the development and application of aloe vera and the update of inspection techniques. Methods A nutrient agar culture medium was prepared by conventional methods. A certain amount of various aloe components was added to the culture medium. A certain amount of bacteria was inoculated and cultured to observe the growth of the bacteria for comparative study. Results The effects of fresh aloe vera and dried aloe vera extracts were identical in the bacterial culture medium. Dry powder Aloe Vera lost its full effect after autoclaving at 120°C for 20 min.
