目的探讨液基薄层细胞检测系统Thinprep Cytology Test(TCT)及The Bethesda System(TBS)细胞学分类法在妇女宫颈病变筛查中的应用价值。方法对5809例健康育龄妇女随机采用传统宫颈细胞涂片/巴氏分级法和液基薄层细胞涂片/TBS分级法检测,进行宫颈病变的早期筛查,并对细胞学阳性病例在阴道镜下行活检,比较与评价传统宫颈细胞学/巴氏分级与液基薄层细胞/TBS检测系统对子宫颈癌及癌前病变的筛查效果。结果传统宫颈细胞学检查对宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)阳性检出率明显低于液基薄层细胞/TBS检测结果 ,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论液基薄层细胞/TBS检测系统是早期筛查宫颈癌及癌前病变敏感而准确的方法 。
Objective To investigate the value of Thinprep Cytology Test (TCT) and The Bethesda System (TBS) cytology in the screening of cervical lesions in women. Methods 5809 healthy women of childbearing age were randomly selected by traditional cervical smear / Pap test and liquid smear / TBS test for early screening of cervical lesions. The cytology positive cases in colposcopy Down biopsy, comparison and evaluation of traditional cervical cytology / pasteurization and liquid-based thin-layer cells / TBS detection system of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions screening results. Results The detection rate of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) by traditional cervical cytology was significantly lower than that of liquid-based TLC / TBS. There was significant difference between the two (P <0.05). Conclusion Liquid-based thin-layer cell / TBS detection system is a sensitive and accurate method for early screening of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.
