目的　合成巴柳氮二钠并改进工艺。方法　以对硝基苯甲酰氯为起始原料 ,经缩合、还原、重氮化、偶合、成盐等反应制得巴柳氮二钠。结果　所得产物经元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱及质谱等确证了结构。结论　合成路线可行。 Objective To synthesize balsalazide disodium and improve the process. Methods Paracetamol disodium was prepared from p-nitrobenzoyl chloride as the starting material through condensation, reduction, diazotization, coupling, salt formation and other reactions. Results The products were confirmed by elemental analysis, UV, IR, NMR and MS. Conclusion The synthetic route is feasible.
