在特定的国外市场,选择正确的进入方式是企业国际化进程中重要的决策之一,也是跨国公司拓展国际市场、实施全球战略的重要思路。本研究以企业国际市场进入模式决策的相关理论探讨及模型构建为基础,通过对在韩国中资企业的实证分析,探讨中国企业如何选择进入韩国市场的适当方式。希望能帮助即将在海外投资或已经投资的中国企业少犯错误,向成功的方向发展。同时希望能为中国政府制定相关海外投资政策时提供参考。
In certain foreign markets, choosing the right access method is one of the important decisions in the internationalization process of the company, and it is also an important idea for multinational companies to expand their international markets and implement global strategies. This study is based on relevant theoretical discussions and model construction of the decision-making of the international market entry mode of enterprises. Through empirical analysis of Chinese-funded enterprises in Korea, this study explores the appropriate ways for Chinese companies to choose to enter the Korean market. We hope to help Chinese companies that are about to invest overseas or have already invested in making fewer mistakes and developing in the direction of success. At the same time, it hopes to provide a reference for the Chinese government when formulating relevant overseas investment policies.
