将卡尔曼滤波分光光度法用于测定扑热息痛合成过程中对乙酰氨基酚、对硝基酚、对氨基酚三组分含量的分析研究.介绍了卡尔曼滤波法的基本原理和具体的分析步骤,并详细讨论了滤波参数的选择 实验结果表明,该法对样品中各组分的回收率在99.8%~102.8%之间,与高效液相色谱法相比,两种分析方法得出的结果基本一致
Kalman filter spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of paracetamol, para-nitrophenol and para-aminophenol during the synthesis of paracetamol.The basic principle and specific analysis steps of Kalman filter method were introduced, The experimental results of the selection of filter parameters were discussed in detail. The results showed that the recoveries of all the components in the sample ranged from 99.8% to 102.8%. Compared with HPLC, the results of two analytical methods were basically the same
