采用衍生气相色谱法测定噁霉灵·络氨铜水剂中噁霉灵在烟草上残留消解动态和最终残留量。样品经丙酮-水(体积比9∶1)超声振荡提取,乙醚萃取,经O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯衍生化后,用带火焰光度检测器气相色谱仪进行测定。其结果表明:检出限为0.015mg/kg,定量限为0.049mg/kg,在0.05、0.5、1.0mg/kg添加水平下,添加回收率为83.60%~90.50%,变异系数为5.5%~7.9%。噁霉灵在烟草上半衰期为2.7~3.2d,施药剂量为高剂量1125ga.i./hm2条件下,施药4次,最后1次施药距采收间隔期为21d时,噁霉灵在烟草中的残留量低于0.050mg/kg。
Derivatization gas chromatography was used to determine the dynamics and the final residue of the residual digestion of hymexazol on Nicotiana tabacum.
