为评价新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)预后,对53例HIE患儿进行观察,其中30例进行CT分度,53例生后第3天测血清神经元特异性烯醇酶(NSE)浓度,50例(3例死亡)在生后3个月、6个月时用Gesel法检测其神经发良情况。结果显示CT分度和血清NSE检测法预测预后的敏感性分别为100%和85%;特异性分别为45%和9091%。提示血清NSE检测预后价值优于CT分度。
To evaluate the prognosis of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), 53 HIE infants were observed. Thirty patients underwent CT grading. On the third postnatal day 53, serum neuron-specific enolase (NSE ) Concentration, 50 cases (3 deaths) were detected by Gesel method at 3 months and 6 months after birth. The results showed that the sensitivity of CT classification and serum NSE detection prognosis were 100% and 85% respectively; the specificity was 45% and 9091% respectively. Prompted serum NSE detection prognostic value is better than CT classification.
