目的本研究旨在掌握食品从业人员的健康状况,以期为疾病防控提供科学指导。方法收集整理食品从业人员的健康体检报告6125例,计算其年受检率,对常见的传染病的分布进行了汇总,并对比中心城区和城市周边传染病的发生情况。结果沙市辖区食品从业人员接受健康检查的受检率为96.6%,其中中心城区的受检率为100.0%,城市周边的受检率为91.1%,中心城区的受检率明显高于城市周边,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。6125例食品从业人员中发现痢疾、结核等传染病28例,其中城市周边21例,中心城区7例。城市周边食品从业人员的传染病发病率明显高于中心城区,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙市辖区食品从业人员的健康状况仍存在问题,尤其是城市周边区域问题较大,同时食品从业人员的教育水平普遍偏低,应加大对其健康状况的管理,同时对其加强教育工作、普及卫生防疫知识,保障市民的饮食安全。
Objective This study aimed to master the health status of food practitioners in order to provide scientific guidance for disease prevention and control. Methods A total of 6125 health examination reports were collected from food practitioners. The annual screening rate was calculated. The distribution of common infectious diseases was summarized. The incidence of infectious diseases in central urban areas and surrounding cities was also compared. Results The inspection rate of health workers in Shashi area was 96.6%. The detection rate was 100.0% in downtown area and 91.1% in surrounding area. The detection rate in downtown area was significantly higher than that in urban area, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Among the 6125 food practitioners, 28 cases of infectious diseases such as dysentery and tuberculosis were found, of which 21 were in the periphery of the city and 7 in the downtown area. The incidence rate of infectious diseases among food workers in cities around the city was significantly higher than that in downtown area, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The health status of food employees in Shashi area is still problematic. Especially in the surrounding areas of cities, the educational level of food practitioners is generally low, and the management of their health status should be strengthened. At the same time, Popularize health and epidemic prevention knowledge and ensure people’s dietary safety.
