拮抗或逆转肌松药产生的神经肌肉阻滞的方法是:增加神经肌肉接点处神经递质的浓度以利胆硷能受体和乙酰胆硷发生作用。应用乙酰胆硷酯酶抑制药即可防止乙酰胆硷的破坏并使其蓄积,从而使神经肌肉阻滞被拮抗,神经肌肉传递功能恢复正常。
Antagonizing or reversing the neuromuscular block produced by muscle relaxants is a method of increasing the concentration of neurotransmitter at the neuromuscular junction to facilitate the cholinergic receptor and acetylcholine. Acetylcholinesterase inhibitors can prevent the destruction of acetylcholine and make it accumulate, so that the antagonism of neuromuscular block, neuromuscular transmission function returned to normal.
