目的了解某新建燃煤电厂生产过程存在的职业病危害因素,探索该工程存在的职业病危害的特点。方法 2016年11月通过现场职业卫生学调查、检查表法及职业健康检查等方法对内蒙古某燃煤电厂的职业病危害现状进行定性和定量调查、分析和评价。结果在正常生产过程中,检测的45份粉尘及10种化学有害物质的浓度均未超出职业接触限值,但除灰除渣巡检路线上电除尘器和灰库放灰下料口与罐车装料口密封不严,未出现粉尘泄漏现象;检测的19个工种中26.32%的工种噪声超标,111处工作场所中有12.61%的噪声超标,而且工人未配戴噪声防护用品;检测的23处工作场所照度有5处达不到要求;入职工人仅做了普通的健康查体,未发现职业禁忌证。结论该项目的主要职业危害因素为噪声和照度,粉尘及有毒有害物质虽不超标,应把重点多倾向于处理泄露、突发故障等方面。
Objective To understand the hazards of occupational diseases in the production process of a new coal-fired power plant and explore the characteristics of occupational hazards existing in the project. Methods In November 2016, the status of occupational diseases in a coal-fired power plant in Inner Mongolia was qualitatively and quantitatively investigated, analyzed and evaluated through field occupational health surveys, checklist methods and occupational health examinations. Results In the normal production process, the concentrations of 45 dusts and 10 kinds of chemical hazardous substances detected did not exceed the occupational exposure limit, but the electrostatic precipitator and gray ash discharging port and the tanker The mouth of the loading port was not sealed tightly and there was no dust leakage; 26.32% of the 19 types of work detected exceeded the noise level, and 12.61% of the noise in the 111 places was excessive, and workers were not wearing noise protection products; 23 At the workplace, there were 5 unacceptable levels of illuminance; only the general health check-up workers were employed and no occupational contraindications were found. Conclusion The main occupational hazards of the project are noise and illumination. Although the dust and toxic and harmful substances do not exceed the standard, more emphasis should be placed on dealing with leakage and sudden failure.
