目的 :本实验在在体大鼠模型上原位观察比较了去甲肾上腺素预处理和经典缺血预处理对缺血 /再灌注大鼠心肌有关酶活性的影响 ,以期探讨一种非创伤性预处理保护作用的机制。方法 :将 2 4只体重2 0 0~ 2 50g的雄性SD大鼠分为 4组 ,即 :Ⅰ组 ,假手术组 ;Ⅱ组 ,缺血 /再灌注组
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of norepinephrine pretreatment and classical ischemic preconditioning on myocardial enzyme activities in ischemia / reperfusion rats in situ in a rat model of in vivo study to investigate a non-invasive Pretreatment protection mechanism. Methods: Twenty-four male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 200-250 g were divided into four groups: group Ⅰ, sham operation group, group Ⅱ, ischemia / reperfusion group
