In this paper, the reliability of piezoelectric gyroscope is analyzed, and the failure mechanism, failure modes and failure distribution of piezoelectric gyroscope are reported. The weibull distribution parameters determined by constant stress life test and accelerated life test are also reported. Η = 8,945 hours, t_E = 13,912 hours, m = 0.58; Acceleration coefficient τ = 3.8. Research on improving the reliability of piezoelectric gyroscopes shows that component screening and improvement can reduce the failure rate of piezoelectric gyroscopes. Early failure screening of piezoelectric gyroscope can improve the reliability. The MTBF limits for the uniaxial and triaxial piezoelectric gyroscopes were 9,651 hours and 3,217 hours, respectively. The reliability of intercontinental missile with uniaxial and triaxial piezoelectric gyroscopes is 99.82% and 99.46%
