目的:分析热层析成像技术在乳腺体检中的应用意义。方法:回顾性分析2015年3月至2016年2月在我院体检中心开展乳腺体检的14000例女性受检者,选取14000例患者中300例有穿刺活检病理结果的病历为本次研究对象,所有患者先接受触诊,然后再接受热层析成像技术体检。分析热层析成像技术在乳腺体检中的应用效果。结果:通过临床诊断与影像学证实,300例患者中乳腺癌恶性患者13例,良性患者5例,恶性病变31例,良性病变251例;热层析成像技术的诊断准确率为98.33%,触诊检查诊断准确率为81.67%,两种诊断方式的诊断准确率差异显著,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热层析成像技术在乳腺体检中能够准确判断乳腺的病变良恶性,并且对乳腺癌的筛选有着一定的指示作用,适用于常规体检,值得普及推广。
Objective: To analyze the significance of thermal tomography in breast examination. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 14,000 female subjects who underwent breast examination from March 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital was conducted. The medical records of 300 patients with biopsy findings in 14,000 patients were selected as the study object. All patients were palpated first and then underwent thermographic imaging. Analyze the application effect of thermal tomography in breast examination. Results: Through clinical diagnosis and imaging, 13 cases of benign breast cancer, 5 benign patients, 31 malignant lesions and 251 benign lesions were detected in 300 patients. The diagnostic accuracy of thermal tomography was 98.33% The diagnostic accuracy rate of diagnosis was 81.67%. There was significant difference between the two diagnostic methods in diagnosis accuracy (P <0.05). Conclusion: The thermal tomography in breast examination can accurately determine the benign and malignant breast lesions, and screening of breast cancer has a certain indication, suitable for routine physical examination, it is worth popularizing.
