鲁麦 2 2和鲁麦 14相比 ,旗叶的光合能力强 ,蔗糖含量高 ,催化蔗糖合成的磷酸蔗糖合成酶(SPS)活性高 ;籽粒中蔗糖供应充足 ,降解蔗糖的蔗糖合成酶 (SS)活性高 ;与淀粉合成有关的酶 :腺苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶 (ADPG- PPase)、游离态 (或可溶性 )淀粉合成酶 (S- STS)和束缚态淀粉合成酶 (B- STS)均有较高的活性 ,这是其粒重高的原因。通过对两个品种各个处理有关淀粉合成的酶活性与淀粉积累速率和灌浆速率的相关分析表明 ,SS、ADPG- PPase、S- STS、B- STS的活性均与淀粉积累速率和籽粒灌浆速率呈极显著正相关关系 ,说明这 4种酶是影响淀粉合成的关键酶
Compared with Lumai 14, Lumai 2 had the highest photosynthetic capacity, high sucrose content and high sucrose synthase (SPS) activity in catalysis of sucrose synthesis. Sucrose synthase (SS) (ADPG-PPase), free (or soluble) starch synthase (S-STS) and bound starch synthase (B-STS) Have higher activity, which is the reason of its high grain weight. The correlation analysis between starch synthesis activity and starch accumulation rate and filling rate showed that the activities of SS, ADPG-PPase, S-STS and B-STS were correlated with the starch accumulation rate and grain filling rate Significantly positive correlation, indicating that these four enzymes are key enzymes affecting starch synthesis
