影响男子5000m跑运动成绩关键机能指标的研究

目的:对影响男子5 000 m跑运动员成绩的关键有氧及无氧机能指标进行研究,为男子5 000 m跑运动员的训练提出参考。方法:利用场地测试对20名男子运动员5 000 m跑最大摄氧量、个体乳酸阈、跑步经济性、30 m跑速及最大无氧跑动能力等指标进行测定。结果:受试者的专项成绩与最大摄氧量、最大摄氧量跑速、个体乳酸阈及最大无氧跑动能力关系密切(P<0.05),但与跑步经济性、30 m跑速度以及各峰值乳酸指标无显著相关(P>0.05);以最大摄氧量跑速和最大无氧跑动能力两指标为自变量建立回归方程,对5 000 m跑成绩的变异有着最佳的解释效应(R2=0.824,P<0.01)。结论:最大摄氧量跑速和最大无氧跑动能力分别是影响男子5 000 m跑成绩的关键有氧及无氧机能指标,联合最大摄氧量跑速和最大无氧跑动能力两指标能有效预测专项水平相似的男子5 000 m跑运动员的成绩。 Objective: To study the key aerobic and anaerobic performance indexes that affect the performance of male 5 000 m runners, and provide reference for the training of male 5 000 m runners. Methods: The field test was used to measure the maximal oxygen uptake, individual lactic acid threshold, running economy, 30 m running speed and maximum anaerobic running ability of 20 male athletes at 5 000 m. Results: The results of the subjects were closely related to the maximal oxygen uptake, maximal oxygen uptake, individual lactic acid threshold and maximum anaerobic activity (P <0.05), but not related to running economy, 30 m running speed and There was no significant correlation between the peak lactic acid index (P> 0.05). The regression equation was established with two indicators of maximum oxygen uptake speed and maximum anaerobic ability as the independent variables, which had the best explanation effect on the variation of 5 000 m (R2 = 0.824, P <0.01). Conclusions: The maximal oxygen uptake speed and the maximum anaerobic capacity are the key aerobic and anaerobic indexes, respectively, which affect the men ’s 5 000 m race performance. Combined with the maximum oxygen uptake speed and the maximum anaerobic ambulatory capacity Can effectively predict the performance of men with a similar level of 5 000 m runners.
