从1988至1991年利用显微注射技术,向鱼类受精卵导入外源生长激素基因,获得了含鲤鱼MT启动子基因与羊生长激素基因的融合基因和含鼠MT启动子基因与牛生长激素基因的融合基因等外源基因的大批实验鱼。经斑点杂交与Southern印渍杂交分析证实,这批鱼中确有外源基因整合到基因组中的个体,比例在10%左右。生长测定显示上述转基因鲤鱼群体的变异系数远大于对照组,一些个体生长速度明显高于对照组。
From 1988 to 1991, micro-injection technique was used to introduce exogenous growth hormone gene into fish zygotes.
