Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of phosphatase and tensin homology (PTEN), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and endothelium factor (CD105) on human chromosome 10 in cervical cancer. Methods: From January 2010 to February 2016, 320 cases of cervical cancer tissue samples and 100 cases of normal cervical tissue samples collected in our hospital from January 2010 to February 2016 were collected. SPEN immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of PTEN, VEGF And CD105, analyzed the expression of each index in cervical cancer, normal cervical tissue and different types of cervical cancer, and used Sperman to analyze the correlation between them. Results: The positive rates of VEGF and CD105-MVD in cervical cancer tissues were higher than those in normal cervical tissues, while the positive rates of PTEN in cervical cancer tissues were lower than those in normal cervical tissues (P <0.05) The positive rate of VEGF, CD105-MVD was lower than that of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ, while the positive rate of PTEN was higher than that of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ. The positive rate of VEGF in cervical cancer with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without metastasis, while the positive rate of PTEN was low There was a significant negative correlation between VEGF, PTEN, CD105-MVD and PTEN (rs = -0.564, -0.893, P <0.05), VEGF And CD105-MVD showed a positive correlation (rs = 0.825, P <0.05). Conclusions: The expression of PTEN is down-regulated in cervical cancer and the expression of CD105 and VEGF is elevated. The three indexes play an important role in the occurrence, development, metastasis and prognosis of cervical cancer.
