王某因违反公司规定,与公司其他员工建立恋爱关系被解雇,王某不服,起诉要求公司支付经济赔偿金5万余元。近日,淮安市中级人民法院审理了该起劳动争议纠纷,依法支持了王某的诉讼请求。2013年1月,王某应聘进入淮安某机械公司上班,该公司规章制度明确规定:在公司上班期间不得与本单位其他员工建立恋爱关系,否则公司有权将其开除,且员工不得索要相应的经济赔偿金或者经济补偿金。(9月6日澎湃新闻)
