酸胁迫(pH3.0)处理刺槐幼苗引起刺槐水势降低,电解质外渗增大,株高和干鲜重增长受抑。这些结果充分说明了酸胁迫对刺槐的伤害作用。酸胁迫下,刺槐幼苗根系游离脯氨酸含量变化相对较小,而腐胺则迅速累积。桂花、欧洲桤木、杨树等8个树种在酸胁迫下均表现出腐胺大量累积,这说明腐胺累积量可以作为植物遭受酸胁迫的一个内部生理指标。
Acacia (pH3.0) treatment of R. pseudoacacia seedlings led to lower water potential of R. pseudoacacia, electrolyte extravasation increased, plant height and dry weight growth inhibition. These results fully illustrate the role of acid stress on locust damage. Under acid stress, the contents of free proline in root of R. pseudoacacia seedlings changed relatively less, but putrescine rapidly accumulated. Eight species of Osmanthus fragrans, Alnus cremastogyne and poplar showed significant accumulation of putrescine under acid stress, indicating that putrescine accumulation could be used as an internal physiological indicator of plant acid stress.
