本文回顾了军事医学科学院成立以来在应用生理学研究领域所取得主要研究成果.军事医学科学院在应用生理学基础研究方面,先后发现了藏族人适应高原的部分分子机制、脑红蛋白抗低氧生物学作用、冷习服形成过程中微循环和免疫功能变化规律、热衰竭病理学变化机制和致热习服因子,确定了中国成年人蛋白质、维生素A,B1,B2,C的需要量,发现了维生素A营养状况与视网膜盲点大小的关系;在应用生理学应用研究方面,研制了治疗高原病的埃他卡林、复方党参和高原轻便加压舱以及促进冻伤康复的乳膏和相关治疗技术,提出了热环境军事作业人员的水盐需要量及其补给方法、热环境劳动的安全上限、耐受上限和耐受极限值,合成了长效维生素B1,B2和稳定性维生素C,开发出中国第一代结晶氨基酸注射液.上述研究成果为中国人民解放军的卫勤保障工作提供了理论指导和技术支撑,同时也为今后的研究工作奠定了坚实的基础.
