随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展和壮大,社会需求急需增加,物资交流、人际交往频繁。在大中型河道上修建桥梁,以满足沿河两岸人民群众的生产、生活是社会形势发展的需求。但是,在深水河道中混凝土灌注桩施工河底至水面的混凝土灌注又是困惑施工企业的难题。如果采用一般的单护筒施工方法将无法拆掉护筒;采用一次性圆形钢板护筒又浪费大量的钢材。笔者在2004年参加了省道213线邓扶路颍河大桥的施工,应用双护筒的施工方法解决了混凝土灌注桩在深水河道内从河底到水面灌注的施工问题,达到了预期的效果。
With the continuous development and expansion of the socialist market economy, there is an urgent need to increase social needs, material exchanges and frequent interpersonal contacts. The construction of bridges on large and medium-sized river courses to meet the production and livelihood of the people on both sides of the river is a demand for the development of the social situation. However, the concrete pouring from the river bottom to the water surface in the construction of concrete bored piles in Sham Shui river is a puzzle for construction enterprises. If the use of the general single-tube construction method will not be able to remove the casing; the use of disposable round steel casing and waste a lot of steel. In 2004, the author participated in the construction of Ying River Bridge at Dengfu Road, line 213 of the provincial highway, and solved the construction problem of concrete pouring piles from the bottom to the surface of the river with the construction method of double casing, and achieved the expected results.
