一、ESA教学理论英国语言学家哈默在《怎样教英语》一书中提出了ESA(即Engage/Study/Activate)理论,强调课堂内要充分调动学生学习语言的积极性,并将他们尽可能地置身于目标语言的环境之中。同时,还需要尽可能地为学生创造使用英语的机会让他们在模拟实践中使用英语。ESA理论将听、说、读、写能力有机地结合起来,体现了师生互动的特点,使教学活动情景化、任务化、交际化。Engage:投入环节。要求教师尽可能地激发学生学习的兴趣。
