在一般地层的钻孔内仍用玻璃管氢氟酸刻印测斜,以检验钻孔的弯曲度。以往每当钻孔需要测斜时都是将测斜工具专程送入孔内,待玻璃管刻印后,起钻取出工具。当孔深超过400米时,每起、下一次钻具至少需要1—2小时,而且消耗动力设备和人力。我们根据氢氟酸和水在容器中不断摇动不能刻印的特点,设计制做了两种不起钻测斜接头,一种供大口径合金和钢粒钻进使用;一种供小口径金刚石钻进使用。此种接头的功用是:当钻孔需测斜时,把接头接入钻具一起下到孔底,稍停,待玻璃管刻印后,不需起钻,便可以随即进行钻进,待打完一个回次再行
