热交换器的管子与管板是用钎焊的方法焊接在一起的。我厂曾采用过铅锡钎料来进行热交换器的钎焊,但效果很不好,有脱焊泄漏现象。后改用银磷钎料,效果很好,从未发生泄漏现象。我们采用的是1号银磷钎料,其成份为银5%;磷5%;其余为铜。这种钎料由于含有一定比例的银,从而提高了钎焊接头的强度和塑性,增加了钎料的流动性。该钎料除有极强的脱氧性外,其熔点也不太高,约为645~705℃,完全能满足热交换器制造工艺上的要求。
Heat exchanger tubes and tubesheets are brazed together. I have used the factory tin lead solder brazing heat exchanger, but the effect is not good, there is the phenomenon of desoldering leaks. After the switch to silver phosphorus solder, the effect is good, never a leak. We use the No. 1 silver-phosphorus solder, its composition is 5% silver; phosphorus 5%; the rest is copper. This solder contains a certain proportion of silver, thereby increasing the strength and plasticity of the brazing joint, increasing the flowability of the brazing filler metal. In addition to its excellent deoxidation of the solder, the melting point is not too high, about 645 ~ 705 ℃, fully able to meet the heat exchanger manufacturing process requirements.
