本文研究了三种不同含Fe量的稀土——钴型永磁合金,其成分为CeCo3.8Cu0.9Fe0.5、CeCo3.82Cu8.77Fe0.63和CeCo3.8Cu0.7Fe0.7合金经过磁(场)热和时效处理后,最佳磁能积(BH)m=11.5MGOe.实验结果表明:合金中主要为CeCo5型相,还含有少量的Ce2Co17型相.经处理后的合金为亚稳定状态,在1070-1150℃间出现显著的物相变化.这类轻稀土——钴合金属于铁磁有序,磁矩随Fe含量的增加而增大.室温的穆斯堡尔谱由于多相和多种不等效晶位而呈现较复杂的结构.
In this paper, three kinds of rare earth-cobalt permanent magnet alloys with different amounts of Fe are studied. The compositions of the materials are CeCo3.8Cu0.9Fe0.5, CeCo3.82Cu8.77Fe0.63 and CeCo3.8Cu0.7Fe0.7 alloy, ) After thermal and aging treatment, the best BH product is (BH) m = 11.5MGOe.
