建国以来,我们建设了许多大中型水泥厂,设计质量是好的,设计水平逐步提高。峨眉水泥厂的设计,总的来看是成功的。因此,建设工期短,投资少,见效快,一次投产成功。但是,由于建厂设计时,片面地强调节约投资,忽视生产需要,只讲经济,不求合理;只卡投资,不求先进。在左的思想支配下,有的项目硬被砍掉,造成了设计上的一些缺陷,导致“先天性不足”。为了提高设计质量,提高设计工作经济效益,现从生产管理角度谈谈水泥工厂设计中的几个问题。一、矿石输矿系统的设计要因地制宜
