使用激光三维扫描方法对树脂结合剂砂轮表面形貌进行测量以及用YAG激光对砂轮进行修锐。考察了砂轮修锐前后磨粒突出高度及有效磨粒数等变化特征 ,比较在不同的激光修锐参数下所获得的不同的修锐效果。实际应用证明了激光技术应用于树脂结合剂砂轮的修锐是可行的 ,指出了激光修锐工艺参数的优化是获得良好修锐效果的保证
The three-dimensional scanning method was used to measure the surface morphology of the resin bonded grinding wheel and the grinding wheel was sharpened by YAG laser. The characteristics of the protruding height of the abrasive grains and the number of the effective abrasive grains before and after grinding were investigated. The different sharpening effects obtained under different laser sharpening parameters were compared. The practical application proves that it is feasible to apply the laser technology to sharpening the resin bonded grinding wheel. It is pointed out that the optimization of laser sharpening process parameters is the guarantee of obtaining a good sharpening effect
