目的探讨半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)、细胞角蛋白(CK19)、甲状腺球蛋白(Tg)、人骨髓内皮细胞标记物(HBME-1)蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)中的表达特点及其临床意义。方法用免疫组化(SP两步法)检测Ga-lectin-3、CK19、Tg、HBME-1在35例PTC、20例结节性甲状腺肿(NG)和10例癌旁正常甲状腺组织中的表达,观察其结果。结果 Galectin-3、CK19、HBME-1在PTC组表达的阳性率分别为97.14%、85.71%、94.29%;在NG组阳性率分别为10.00%、25.00%、10.00%,且均为弱阳性;癌旁正常甲状腺组织阳性率均为0;PTC组表达的阳性率明显高于NG组和癌旁正常甲状腺组织(P均<0.01)。在PTC组、NG组及正常甲状腺组织中,Tg阳性表达率分别为80.00%、80.00%和100.00%(P>0.05)。结论组织学结合Galectin-3、CK19、Tg、HBME-1的检测,有助于PTC诊断和鉴别诊断。
Objective To investigate the expression of Galectin-3, cytokeratin (CK19), thyroglobulin (Tg) and human bone marrow endothelial cell marker (HBME-1) protein in papillary thyroid carcinoma Expression characteristics and clinical significance. Methods The expressions of Ga-lectin-3, CK19, Tg and HBME-1 in 35 cases of PTC, 20 cases of nodular goiter (NG) and 10 cases of adjacent normal thyroid tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method) Express, observe the result. Results The positive rates of Galectin-3, CK19 and HBME-1 in PTC group were 97.14%, 85.71% and 94.29% respectively. The positive rates of Galectin-3, 25.00% and 10.00% in NG group were all weakly positive. The positive rate of adjacent normal thyroid tissue was 0; the positive rate of PTC was significantly higher than that of NG and adjacent normal thyroid tissue (P <0.01). The positive rates of Tg in PTC group, NG group and normal thyroid tissue were 80.00%, 80.00% and 100.00%, respectively (P> 0.05). Conclusion Histological examination combined with Galectin-3, CK19, Tg and HBME-1 is helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PTC.
