以龙骨间距、连接方式、室内或室外侧堆载、窗洞口为主要研究参数,FCP对9个纤维水泥压力(Fiber Cement Pressure)复合外挂墙板进行抗弯试验研究,得到了试件的荷载-挠度曲线,开裂荷载、极限承载力及挠度值。试验结果表明:FCP复合外挂墙板龙骨间距、连接方式对试件开裂荷载与极限承载力影响显著;试件在室内、外两侧堆载得到的开裂荷载、极限承载力不相同;带门窗洞口的试件挠度最大的位置不在跨中;在正常使用荷载下,试件极限承载力及挠度可以满足使用要求。
Taking the distance between keel and the way of connection, the stacking of indoor and outdoor side and the opening of window as the main research parameters, FCP was used to study the flexural behavior of nine fiber cement pressure composite wall panels. The load- Deflection curve, Cracking load, Ultimate load capacity and Deflection value. The test results show that the spacing and connection of the keel of the FCP composite wallboard have a significant impact on the cracking load and the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen. The cracking load of the specimen on the both sides of the interior and exterior has different ultimate bearing capacity. Of the specimen deflection is not the most in the span; under normal load, the ultimate bearing capacity and deflection of the specimen to meet the requirements.
