经颅多普勒超声(TCD)技术的突破性进展,为评价颅内动脉血流速度和检测脑血管功能提供了一种新的可靠的方法。我们应用TCD检测偏头痛病人,报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 确诊的偏头痛病人84例,男34例,女50例;平均年龄33岁。平均病程10年;典型偏头痛32例,普通型偏头痛52例。全部患者分别在发作期和间歇期进行检测。 对照组30例,均为健康自愿者,男18例,女12例,平均年龄30岁,无个人及家族头痛病史。
The breakthrough of transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) has provided a new and reliable method for evaluating intracranial arterial blood flow velocity and detecting cerebrovascular function. We use TCD test migraine patients, the report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Diagnosis of migraine patients 84 cases, 34 males and 50 females; mean age 33 years. The average duration of 10 years; typical migraine in 32 cases, 52 cases of common migraine. All patients were detected in the attack and intermittent phases. Control group, 30 cases were healthy volunteers, 18 males and 12 females, mean age 30 years, no history of individual and family headache.
