应用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察比较了无土栽培条件下,不同磷、钾浓度处理的青菜的根、茎、叶的解剖结构。结果表明,不同浓度磷、钾对青菜叶表面上的角质膜发育,叶肉细胞内叶绿体含量,同化物的累积,维管束的发育、根毛量,气孔开张度等均有不同程度的影响。在磷、钾营养平衡条件下,分化细胞朝着有利于发育的正常方向发展,贮藏物多且植株生长量大。当磷、钾营养不平衡时,分化细胞的发育受阻,贮藏物少,生长量下降;随着不平衡程度的加大,发育障碍严重,植株生长量下降明显。
The anatomical structures of roots, stems and leaves of cabbage treated with different phosphorus and potassium concentrations under soilless culture conditions were compared with light microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that different concentrations of phosphorus and potassium had different effects on the development of keratinocytes, the content of chloroplast in mesophyll cells, the accumulation of assimilates, the development of vascular bundles, the amount of hairy roots and the degree of opening of stomata. Under phosphorus and potassium nutrient balance, differentiated cells develop in the normal direction favoring development, with large amounts of stored material and large plant growth. When phosphorus and potassium imbalance, the development of differentiated cells was blocked, less storage, growth decreased; With the degree of unbalance increased, developmental disorders, significantly reduced the amount of plant growth.
